Tomball Business Park

Project Overview
United Constructors completed a new 27,375-square-foot shell building with associated site work for Tomball Business Park. The finished project created office and warehouse space in a light industrial setting along a growing Houston-area corridor.

Construction and Coordination
The compact site limited access for heavy machinery, parking, and the oversized crane needed for tilt-wall erection. United coordinated with adjacent businesses, assembled the crane on an empty property across the street, and then moved the assembled crane across the road to the job site.

The Finished Environment
Tomball Business Park demonstrates light industrial capability, ground-up construction experience, logistics planning, and practical problem-solving under real site constraints. It gives owners a clear example of how United keeps difficult work moving through coordination and field decisions.
