Sweet Paris Sugar Land

Project Overview
United Constructors completed the interior buildout and exterior improvements for a 2,200-square-foot Sweet Paris cafe in Sugar Land. The project required the construction to support both the guest experience inside the restaurant and the location's exterior presence at City Walk.

Construction and Coordination
The work brought together a customer-facing restaurant interior, brand-driven finishes, and exterior improvements within one coordinated scope. United worked with Tramonte Design Studio and the ownership team to deliver the physical setting for the Sweet Paris concept.

The Finished Environment
The completed cafe adds a recognizable restaurant brand to United's hospitality portfolio and demonstrates experience delivering compact, detail-sensitive spaces where presentation and day-to-day operations share the same footprint.
