Perigold Houston Showroom

Project Overview
United Constructors delivered the Houston showroom for Perigold by converting two existing mercantile spaces into one luxury retail environment in Highland Village. The project supported Perigold's move from ecommerce into physical retail and established its first brick-and-mortar store in a premier Houston shopping district.

Construction and Coordination
The team joined two adjacent spaces into one cohesive 18,488-square-foot showroom. A collaborative design-as-you-build process allowed the interiors to be refined as construction progressed while keeping the layout, finishes, and customer experience aligned with Perigold's retail identity.

The Finished Environment
The completed showroom gave Perigold an in-person presence in Houston and created a setting for high-end furniture, design, and customer engagement. The project demonstrates United's ability to deliver brand-sensitive retail environments where finish quality, layout integration, and schedule coordination directly affect launch success.
