Project Overview
United Constructors completed the interior buildout for a 7,749-square-foot medical facility on Dotson Road in Houston. The work combined patient-facing interior construction with the life safety infrastructure required to support the completed space.

Construction and Coordination
The project scope included the medical interior buildout, installation of an underground fire line, and a fire sprinkler system. Delivering those elements within one coordinated project required alignment among the building team, Polkinghorn Group Architects, and USHV Management.

Dotson Medical adds a strong, current healthcare project to United's portfolio and shows the team's ability to coordinate interior construction with essential fire protection systems in a medical setting.
