Project Overview
Chair King Backyard Store Sugar Land is a ground-up retail showroom developed to support high-end product display and customer engagement. The project required full site development and a visible exterior presence aligned with retail traffic and the Chair King brand.

Construction and Coordination
United managed the work from site preparation through vertical construction and the final interior buildout. The team coordinated site development, underground utilities, the building shell, and interior trades while maintaining the schedule needed for tenant occupancy.
